We initially hired Next Level Chimney because they are CSIA certified and had good reviews. Our technician, Darrell, couldn’t have been better. He performed a thorough inspection, and then recommended in detail what work was needed to get our chimney up to code. He explained things in language we could understand, and answered every question we had. He was always prompt (3 separate visits) was extremely informative about what he was doing and why, provided before and after photos, and offered to answer any questions we had at any time. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Would highly recommend!
We had a very positive experience working with Next Level Chimneys on a chimney repair for our house. After having another company come in first for a chimney sweep and inspection, we brought NLC in for a second opinion – and found that they offered a more competitive rate and a much more pleasant customer relations experience. We specifically very much enjoyed working with Jesse – he walked us through what was needed in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner (vs the salesman pitch we got from the other company). Jesse and his colleague were early to both the inspection and the chimney repair a few weeks later – and they somehow managed to get all of the repair work done in one day despite a pretty significant amount of damage to fix. We would highly recommend!
We selected Next Level Chimneys to repair our chimney after we began having leaks. We were very impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection and their detailed estimate and project description. They weren’t the cheapest bid we received, but they seemed to have the best plan for fixing our problem. Their work crews at all stages were very professional and good with clean up, and everything was done right on time according to the plan they laid out at the beginning. We’ve now been through two very heavy rains with no leakage, so we’re very happy with the results.
My chimney pretty much fell down from water damage in May of this year (’22). It was a minor disaster. I had never used Next Level Chimney (NLC) before, but got a quote from them after getting ridiculous estimates from other vendors. The estimate was pretty good and seemed fair to me and was about 5k under the guys I usually use. I decided to go for it. Darryl came out and his team started tearing down the broken parts. They were always on time, always responsive, always professional. They finished the job in about 5 days (it was a lot of work). They matched my castle stone, sealed everything, and told me what they did and how it would never leak again. I LOVED it. The work was amazing, the price was right, and it looked great. I’m sold on these guys now. I will be using them to build an outdoor bbq setup my wife has been asking for. These guys are great.
